We offer accommodation and other services without obligation on this website, through agents or through advertising.
By booking accommodation you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
On receipt of your booking we will check our availability and send you a message with the price and payment details.
Your booking will be confirmed when the full payment is received by us within the specified time. If you do not pay on time, we may cancel your booking.
If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, we will refund 100% of the amount paid. If you cancel 7 days or less prior to arrival, we regret that we will not be able to refund you.
Purchased gift vouchers are non-refundable.
If you do not arrive or do not use the full number of days booked, you will not be entitled to a refund.
You may arrive any time after 16:00 on the first day of your stay and depart any time before 12:00 on the last day of your stay.
The entire Tower is non-smoking with the exception of the cellar bar.
Commercial photography or filming is possible by prior arrangement. You may take photographs and film for your own use without restriction.
You will be liable for any damage caused.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
We will process your personal details to the extent necessary for the accommodation. We do not share it with anyone else.
In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, we follow good morals and Czech law.
