Terms & Conditions

  1. We offer accommodation and other services in the Tower on a non-binding basis on this website, through intermediaries or advertising.
  2. By booking accommodation you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
  3. Upon receipt of your booking, we will check our availability and send you a message with the price and payment details.
  4. The reservation will become valid when the total price is credited to our account within the specified period. If you do not pay on time, we may cancel it.
  5. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, we will refund 100% of the amount paid. Unfortunately, if you cancel 7 days or less before arrival, we will not refund anything.
  6. Purchased gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  7. If you do not arrive or do not use up the booked number of days, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  8. You may arrive any time after 16:00 on the first day of your accommodation and depart any time before 12:00 on the last day of your accommodation.
  9. The entire Tower, with the exception of the cellar bar, is non-smoking.
  10. Commercial photography or filming is possible by prior arrangement. You may take photos and film for yourself without restriction. 
  11. You are obliged to pay for any damage you cause.
  12. You may bring pets by prior arrangement.
  13. We process your personal data to the extent customary for the accommodation facility. We do not provide them to anyone else.
  14. In matters not covered by these terms and conditions we follow good morals and Czech law.
