Terms & Conditions

  1. Accommodation and other services can be booked through this website, via intermediaries or through advertisements. This offer is non-binding.
  2. Once we have received your reservation, we will verify availability and send you a message with the price and payment details.
  3. If you have special requests, do not hesitate to make them. We will see what we can do.
  4. A reservation becomes valid upon payment to our account within the specified period. If payment is not made in time, we may cancel the reservation.
  5. If you cancel the reservation no later than 7 days before arrival, we will refund the full amount paid. After that, no refund will be given.
  6. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  7. Check-in is from 16:00 on the day of arrival, check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
  8. If you do not arrive or shorten your stay, no compensation will be provided.
  9. The tower is non-smoking, except for the cellar tavern.
  10. Commercial photography and filming are possible by prior agreement. Private recording is allowed without restrictions.
  11. You are liable for any damage you cause.
  12. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
  13. Access to the mezzanine in the bedroom is at your own risk. The ladder is unstable, the mezzanine has no railing, and the chair is wobbly. You may get hurt.
  14. We do not provide supervision of your vehicles or other property.
  15. We process personal data to the extent usual for accommodation facilities and do not provide it to third parties.
  16. In all other matters, we follow good manners and Czech legal regulations.
  17. By making a reservation, you confirm that you agree to these terms.
